Il Bácaro - Vinoteca
Il Bácaro – Vinoteca is the younger brother of Il Bácaro – Vini & Piattini.
Opened in November 2021, Il Bácaro – Vinoteca is a hybrid wine shop and wine bar, serving wines by the glass and ‘cicchetti’ (savoury snacks, small dishes, bites).
Situated on Vyzantiou Street in Strovolos, Nicosia, it is easily accessible from whichever direction you are coming from. With parking space available just outside your shopping experience will be hassle free and quick.
By the Glass or by Bottle
In our shop we host a great variety of wines from around the world. Selected wines are available by the glass, and more than 250 labels are available to take home with you along with wine accessories, gifts etc.
We also have a selection of ‘special wines’ in our list. These wines change frequently, based on what new comes in the retail shop.
Cicchetti (tʃikˈkɛtti)
The food at Il Bácaro – Vinoteca consists of a selection of cicchetti – small bites, cheeses & charcuterie, tiny sandwiches, plates of olives or other vegetables, halved hard-boiled stuffed eggs, small servings of seafood, meat and vegetable ingredients laid on top of a slice of bread etc etc
Our food menu compliments our wines and vice versa. It remains constant with many options available.

In our retail shop you can find more than 250 wine labels from all over the world.
Our list of award winning wines is extensive and diverse. Specially selected wines from the classic regions of Europe to South America, the New World and unusual places in between.
